中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討護生臨床實習過程中對實習環境設備與單位護理人員協助教 學情況之評價。 採橫斷式研究設計,於 87 年 1 月 1 日至 6 月 30 日間,針對北部某醫 學中心實習之護生, 以 Likert scal 4 點量尺評量之結構式量表進行問卷調查,回收有效 問卷共 548 份。 本研究資料以 SPSS 軟體建檔及分析, 資料採 Descriptive Analysis、 Pearson's Correlation、One-way ANOVA 及 Independent t-test 檢定, 結果顯示: (1) 護生對實習總滿意度平均值為 3.33 分,其中對護理人員總滿意度值最高 (3.40 分 ), 其 次為對護理長 (3.33 分 ) 及對單位配合之滿意度 (3.15 分 )。 (2)21 項評值項目中以分 2.91 分為最低。 (3) 護生實習總滿意度與單位護理人員、護理長及單位配合度之間有顯著 正相關 (p<0.01)。 (4) 護生對單位配合度、護理長及護理人員方面之三項滿意度評價間具 明顯正相關 (p<0.01)。本研究結果可供各相關醫療院所針對護生實習作業改善之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of explore the evaluation of clinical practice for nursing students. A cross-sectional research design was used in this study. A structured questionnaire was administrated to the nursing students. Five hundred and forty-eight nursing students completed the questionnaires. The Statistical Package for the Social Science-Personal Computer (SPSS-PC) was used to analyze the data which include the descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, One-way ANOVA, and Independent t-test. The results were as followings: (1)The average score of the satisfaction with clinical practice was 3.33. The satisfaction with the staff was the highest (3.40). The satisfaction with ward cooperation was the lowest (3.15). (2) Among the individual items, the satisfaction with the teaching spirit of nursing staff was the highest (3.52). Nursing references at ward was the lowest (2.91). (3)The satisfaction with clinical practice was significantly correlated with the ward equipment, nursing staff and head nurse (p<0.05). (4)The students' satisfaction with the ward equipment, nursing staff and head nurse showed positively correlated with each another. The results of this study would provide us to improve the quality of the clinical practice for nursing students. |
