英文摘要 | A draft-tube-type reactor with DO control apparatus is under development to overcome some problems which have been pointed out in currently used biological nitrification and denitrification processes. A mathematical model is developed and composed of a flow dynamics sub-model, a KLa sub-model, and a biocheemical transformation sub-model. The proposed mathematical model is verified by comparing calculated results with experimental data for the treatment performance and DO concentration change along the depth of the reactor. By using this model, it is clarified that the ratio of inner draft-tube diameter to reactor diameter (Di/Do) should be set at less than 0.23 to accomplish more than 75% of nitrogen removal on condition that the BOD-SS loading rate is 0.12 kg/(kg . day) and/or BOD volumentric loading rate is 0.35kg/(m �纂D day). |
