中文摘要 | 本研究選定臺北數處馬路常見的行道樹七種,測量其生長於馬路旁及臺大校園內 其氣孔導度、抗氧化酵素同功�t,比較其受空氣污染物的影響,及評估不同樹種間的淨化能 力。 馬路上之行道樹其葉片氣孔受空氣污染而關閉部分;樹種葉片之超氧歧化�t表現多型性但活 性只此微變化;其過氧化�t亦表現多型性,除印度橡膠樹外,大多數樹種有一種過氧化�t之 同功�t被誘導,或其酵素活性因污染增加而明顯提高。 以氮氧化物及臭氧簡便測法,比較七種不同行道樹的淨化能力,6 ∼ 14 m 樹冠寬度的行道 樹,可減少 8.0 ∼ 27.5% 的二氧化氮,並減少 6.2 ∼ 31.6% 的臭氧濃度,故確定這些樹 種不分本地原生或外來種,皆具有淨化空氣的能力。 |
英文摘要 | We compared the effects of ambient air pollutants on stomatal conductance and antioxidant enzymes, and air-cleaning capacity for seven common street trees which grew on the roadside of Taipei city and the in National Taiwan University campus. The stomatal conductance reduced more for the trees grew on roadside of Taipei city than in the campus. The isozymes of superoxide dismutase showed polymorphism, but their activities were not significantly induced by air pollutants. The isozymes of peroxidase also showed polymorphism, and one fast-moving isozyme was induced by ambient air pollutants. To evaluate the air-cleaning capacity of these street trees in the field, the concentrations of ozone and nitrogen oxides around the selected trees in the study sites were measured. One row of street trees with 6-14 m crown width could deplete the NO�眨ith a depletion rate of 8.0-27.5%, while ambient ozone could be depleted with a depletion rate of 6.2-31.6%. |
