中文摘要 | 本研究首先調查大蒜栽培方式,並對蒜頭進行物性調查介析,包括重量、高度、 直徑,以及根、莖之拉斷與剪斷力測試等。 並據以完成大蒜機械採收之室內模擬試驗機構 之試製與基本試驗,該模擬試驗機構包括蒜株夾送、齊高、梳根、剪根及剪莖等裝置。大蒜 在不同主軸轉速及不同投入高度之試驗結果顯示,本研究所開發之齊高裝置效果良好,所剪 切之蒜頭莖長均能符合 2 ∼ 4cm 之要求。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, the planting methods of garlic were investigated, and the physical properties were then studied and analyzed. The basic properties studied included garlic's weight, height, diameter, and the fracture and cutting forces for both of garlic's root and stem. Based on the results of these physical properties, an indoor-testing machine of the garlic harvesting system was built and examined. The performance of the individual mechanism such as clamping, transferring, level arrangement, rootcleaning, root-cutting and stem-cutting was also obtained under the indoor test. The experimental results with different driving axle speeds and input clamping heights showed that the length of the garlic stem was kept in the range of 2cm to 4cm after fhe cutting operation. It indicated that the performance of the mechanism for the level arrangement satisfied the requirement of the machine design. |
