中文摘要 | 以收集自臺灣地區豇豆屬物種,包括臺灣自生種之腺藥豇豆、和氏豇豆、長葉豇 豆、濱豇豆i小豇豆、曲毛豇豆及披針葉豇豆等7個物種,以及引進種包括紅豆、吉豆、綠 豆、多年生蔓豇豆、米豆及豇豆等6個物種,共13個物種,調查種子外部形態,並利用掃瞄 式電子顯微鏡觀察種子表面構造,比較物種間之差異,以作為物種鑑定的依據。依種子外 部形態:形狀、臍形、臍長、假種皮等特徵的差異,將豇豆屬13個物種做成檢索分類表。 由種皮表面構造的觀察,可分成二群,第一群屬網目型系,包括網目型、粗網目型、網目 突起型、穴狀網目型及二重網目型。第二群為石垣型。依種子外部形態檢索表及種皮表面 構造,物種間呈現明顯差異,但同類之物種有相似的傾向。基此可作為豇豆屬物種間識別 的依據,但無法作為同一物種之不同系統間的鑑別。 |
英文摘要 | Detailed studies were made on 13 species' seed morphology and surface structure of seed coat through SEM. These 13 species including V. adeantha, V. angularis, V. hosei, V. luteola, V. marina, V. minima, V. mungo, V. reflexo- pilosa, V. radiata, V. repens, V. umbellata, V. unguiculata, and V. vexillata belonged to genus Vigna collected in Taiwan area. The main purpose of this paper aimed to compare the difference in the interspecific of the genus Vigna appearing to be a helpful criterion for the species identification. The characters of seed shape, shape and length of hilum, aril showed the difference for seed identification. A key based mainly on the seed morphology of these 13 species was thus made accordingly. The seed surface structure of these 13 species could be classified into reciculate series and brickrange series types The former could be further classified into reticulate, rough-reticulate, reticulate-process, cuspilate-reticulate and double reticulate. Most species were reticulate. The surface structure of seed coat through SEM showed significance difference in the interspecific. However, a significant similarity existed in the some species. Accordingly, surface structure could serve as an effective identification criterion for screening out certain species but could not identify different accessions in these species. |
