中文摘要 | 以收集自臺灣地區7個豇豆屬自生種物種(包括腺藥豇豆、和氏豇豆、長葉豇豆、 濱豇豆、 小豇豆、曲毛豇豆及披針葉豇豆)及 6 個引進種(包括紅豆、吉豆、綠豆、多年 生蔓豇豆、米豆及豇豆)為材料,分別其調查花粉外部形態,並利用掃瞄式電子顯微鏡觀察 花粉表面構造,進一步比較物種間該等特徵之差異,以作為物種鑑定的可行性。 豇豆屬 13 個物種之花粉外型均呈亞扁球形至扁球形,發芽孔 3 個,圓形,外形屬上唇形,依 NPC 分 類法,花粉之外形屬 344 型,即三內口孔粒型。 由花粉粒外壁之表面紋飾觀察,腺藥豇豆 屬疣狀凸起型,外壁紋飾屬明暗( LO )型,而其餘 12 個物種網紋則均呈相類似之網目型 或細網目型紋路,網紋壁突起,且網目清晰,外壁紋飾屬暗明( OL )型。基於花粉形態、 網紋及空腔類型,可作為豇豆屬物種及種間識別的依據,但無法作為同一物種內之不同系統 間的鑑別。 |
英文摘要 | The pollen morphology and surface structure of 13 species were studies by using SEM. These 13 species including V. adeantha, V. angularies, V. hosei, V. luteola, V. marina, V. minima, V. mungo, V. reflexo-pilosa, V. radiata, V. repens, V. umbellata, V. unguiculata, and V. vexillata belonged to genus Vigna collected in Taiwan area. The main purpose of this paper aimed to compare the difference among the interspecies of the genus Vigna appearing to be a helpful criterion for the species identification. The pollen morphology of these 13 species were either suboblate or oblate-spheroidal. Both types had 3 aperture and were round and operculate. Based on the NPC system, the morphology of pollen was of 344 type which was referred as triporate. The V. adenantha's sculpture of pollen exine was scabrate type, which was referred as LO-pattern. Except that, those of the other 12 species were either reticulate or fine reticulate. However, both types were muri-process, which was referred as OL-pattern. Accordingly, pollen morphology, exine and lumen sculpture could serve as an effective identification criterion for screening out certain species but could not identify different accessions in these species. |
