中文摘要 | 本試驗旨在探討省產乾米酒粕,添加於土番鴨飼糧中之效果與經濟效益之評估。 試驗飼糧分別為對照組、添加乾米酒粕 10、20 以及 30 %。 共四處理組,每處理圈飼 20 隻土番鴨, 公母各半,採二重複且試驗兩次,稱量 0、3、6、10 及 12 週齡體重及飼料消 耗量,俟 12 週齡試驗結束時, 於每處理組中逢機選取公母各 2 隻屠宰之,以進行屠體重 量與比例之分析。試驗結果顯示,於 0 ∼ 3 週齡育雛期間,添加 20、30 %乾米酒粕之處 理組, 在增重與採食量方面,均顯著低於 10 %添加組與對照組 (P<0.05),至於 4 ∼ 12 週育成、肥育期間之增重與採食量,則以 30 %添加組較其餘 3 處理組來得差 (p<0.05), 屠體比例於各處理組則無差異, 另藉飼料價格與飼料轉換率來評估經濟效益,於育雛期 (0 ∼ 3 週齡 ) 添加乾米酒粕的量以 10 %範圍內為宜, 而後期 (4 ∼ 12 週齡 ) 添加量則 可增加至 20 %,惟仍需注意粗纖維含量或胺基酸組成是否恰當。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of adding distillers dried rice (DDR) in mule duck diets on the growth performance and economic benefits. This experiment comprised four treatment groups which were control group, 10, 20 and 30% DDR supplementation. A total of twenty mule ducks (10 ♂ +10 ♀ ) were fed on litter floor in each group with duplicate in each experiment and the experiment was repeated once. Body weight and feed consumption of duck were measured at 0, 3, 6, 10 and 12 weeks of age. The experiment was finished at 12th week and then four ducks (2 ♂ +2 ♀ ) from each treatmeat were randomly chosen for slaughtering in order to measure the carcass weight and dressing percentages. The results indicated that feeding diet with 20 and 30% DDR significantly decreased weight gain and feed intake than diet with 0 and 10% DDR for ducklings at 0 to 3 weeks of age (P<0.05). For 4 to 12 weeks of age, weight gain and feed intake were reduced by feeding 30% DDR when compared with the other groups (P<0.05). On dressing percentage of mule ducks, there was no difference by adding varying levels DDR in diet. The evaluation of economic benefit indicated that diet with 10% DDR generated more benefit between 0 and 3 weeks as well as diet with 20% DDR for 4 to 12 weeks of age. |
