中文摘要 | 鐵鎳合金粉末之電解析出於亞鐵、亞鎳離子及添加劑(如草酸、檸檬酸)等成份 之溶液,對電流密度、溫度、酸鹼度( pH 值)、溶液組成及錯化劑等因素,影響電解析出 之陰極極化、電流效率及粉末形態,做有系統地研究。並且分析電化學行為,探討影響電流 效率、粉末形態之原因。從本文中得知溶液中有添加錯化劑較無錯化劑之極化程度大,並且 前者電流效率較低於後者。另從 SEM、X-ray 繞射分析得到粉末形狀、大小及結晶配向。即 有添加錯化劑所得之粉末形狀較規則、細小;無錯化劑,所得粉末較長且為樹枝狀。 |
英文摘要 | The electrodeposition of iron-nickel alloy powders from different baths containing some major chemical constituents was studied. The baths were mainly based on aqueous solutions of ferrous sulphate, nickel sulphate and additives such as oxalic acid and citric acid. The effects of these additives on the cathodic polarization curves, current efficiency and morphology of the electrodeposited iron-nickel powders have been investigated at various temperature pH value and current density. It was found that electrodeposition systems with the addition of complex agents became more polarized and their powders were finer than those without additives. |
