中文摘要 | 本文之目的在於探討添加劑之種類和添加量對於碳化鈦超硬合金強化之影響。TiC─Mo2C─Ni系超硬合金粉末添加TaC、VC、Cr3C2、NbC與TiN等碳化物和氮化物粉末,進行混合、成形與燒結實驗及機械性質測試。試驗結果顯示VC和TiN粉末較為顯著地提升燒結合金的橫向斷裂強度,而所有的添加劑對於底材的硬度值均缺乏增進效果。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of additives on the strengthening of sintered TiC hard metals. TaC, VC, Cr3C2, NbC carbide powders and TiN nitride powder were mixed with TiC-Mo2C-Ni matrix powder, then compacted and sintered, and mechanical properties of sintered alloys, respectively were tested. The experimen-tal results show that VC and TiN powders can promote the transverse rupture strength of sintered alloys markedly, but no additives can pro-videimprovement on the hardness of matrix alloys . |
