中文摘要 | 在三個奶羊牧場進行奶羊乳頭藥浴及乾乳期治療之防治試驗,分析對潛在性葡萄 球菌性乳房炎防治的效果。潛在性葡萄球菌性乳房炎的診斷乃根據分房生乳樣品的細菌分離 及鑑定結果;乾乳治療用軟膏之抗生素,則經由抗生素感受性試驗篩選;採用感受性高的頭 芽孢菌素類抗生素; 乳頭藥浴用浸液的主要成份是普力頓優碘 (povidone iodine;3%),試 驗結果如下:進行藥浴防治試驗一年後,三個奶羊場之潛在性葡萄球菌性乳房炎平均罹患率 ,由防治前的 55.3 %下降為 38.7 %,呈現顯著性下降 (P<0.01),防治效率分別是 43.2 %、29.6 %及 20.7 %; 至於進行乾乳期治療的 41 頭泌乳羊,82 分房,罹患率由 58.7 %下降為 25.3 %,呈極顯著性下降 (P<0.005),防治效率為 57.2 %。以上結果顯示,在 泌乳母羊進行乳頭藥浴及乾乳治療防治潛在性葡萄球菌性乳房炎確有良好的效果。故奶羊牧 場應確實施行乳頭藥浴及乾乳期防治,以提高羊奶品質及延長奶羊生產年限。 |
英文摘要 | In 3 goat farms, the milking goats were treated by teat dipping after milking, and intramammary infusion at drying-off time. The infectious rates of subclinical staphylococcal mastitis (SSM) observed in the farms before the treatment, were compared with those observed after the treatment. Diagnosis of SSM was based on the results of bacteria culture examination and identification. The antibiotic used in intramammary infusion was cephapirin, which was the most sensitive drug based on the results of antibiotic susceptibility test. The main component of the dipping solution was povidone iodine, 3%. Among 3 goat farms, the test results were as follows: 1.The average infectious rate was 55.3% before teat dipping treatment, and then the rate was reduced to 38.7% after treatment. The average infectious rates showed significantly different (p<0.01). 2.The cure rates of SSM after teat dipping treatment were 43.2%, 29.6% and 20.7%, respectively. 3.Forty-one milking goats were treated with intramammary infusion at the drying-off time. The average infectious rates of SSM was 58.7% before treatment, and then the rate was reduced to 25.3% after treatment. The rates showed significantly different (p<0.005). 4.When intramammary infusion at drying-off time was performed, the cure rate of SSM was 57.2%. These results suggest that teat dipping after milking and intramammary infusion at drying-off time in milking goats had exactly significant effects to control SSM. Thus, in order to improve the quality of goat's milk and the duration of production, teat dipping after milking and intramammary infusion at drying-off time must be performed in milking goat farms exactly. |
