中文摘要 | 本實驗以兩種不同分子量之聚醚雙醇(PTMG=1000,2000)混合同為二醇端基的第四級銨鹽殺菌劑(BDAC),與過量的4,4'-二苯甲基二異氰酸酯(MDI)進行反應,形成端基為-MCO之具殺菌性PU預聚合體,再以三官能基之HEDA進行鏈延長反應,進而形成具殺菌性且可與染料進行接枝之多機能性PU聚合體。在機械性質方面,模數與斷裂強度皆因殺菌劑的導入而有下降的趨勢,且斷裂伸度亦因軟鏈含量的減少而些許下降;此外,染料分子之接枝使分子間距離增大而使聚合體模數與斷裂強度下降,但斷裂伸度則隨著染料之接枝而增加。在熱性質方面,染料的接枝使PU分子之Tgh上升,但染料的接枝或殺菌劑的導入對其Tgs與 Tms(12∼15℃)則無顯著變化,但它與軟鏈節長度有關。在染色性方面,各型聚合體之染著率均達85%以上,且接枝染料聚合體較僅與染料相混者具較低之遷徙(Mp%)與較高耐光牢度。在抗菌活性方面,由搖瓶法測試知,殺菌劑的導入使聚合體具長效性之抗菌活性。 |
英文摘要 | The multifunctional polyurethane with antibacterial and covalent bond dyeable properties were synthesized by reacting of 4,4'- diphenylmethane discocyanate (MDI) with diols of polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG (1000, 2000) and the biocidal quaternary ammonium salt (BDAC)), and then extended with hexamethylene diamine (HEDA) to form PU polymers. The PU polymer was then grafted with reactive dye molecule to form a dye grafted polyurethane with antibacterial and covalent bond dyed properties. For mechanical properties, it is found that both of modulus and strength of the multifunctional PU polymers are lower than that of pure PU polymers. In consideration of the heat properties, the dye grafted PU polymers exhibit higher Tgh than those without dye molecule. However, both of Tgs and Tms are not varied with the presence of BDAC and dye molecule, but change with the chain length of soft segment. For dyeing properties, the percentage of dye grafting of the modified PU is over 85% . The dye grafted PU polymers exhibit lower Mp % values than those fo simply mixture of PU and dyestuff, and show a higher grade of color fastness to light. From antibacterial test of the shake method, the modified PU polymers exhibit a long lasting biocidal activity. |
