中文摘要 | 本試驗於室內進行二種白殭菌(Beauveria bassiana)菌系Col.41及Col.42和一種蠟蚧 幹枝孢菌屬(Verticillium lecanii, Ho. 159)菌系對偽菜蚜致病力之生物測試。自室內飼育的偽菜 蚜棲群中逢機選取初蛻皮之無翅成蟲,爾後將蚜蟲暴露在真菌平板上15分鐘,再移入一直 徑5.5公分的培養皿作單隻飼育,並每天餵食新鮮的四週齡之小白菜葉片。每處理75隻, 每隻視為一重複。並以不暴露在真菌的偽菜蚜作為對照組。將處理組及對照組放入光週期12L 12D的20℃及25℃的生長箱,每日記錄死已蟲數及所產後代數。產孢情形則利用等級方式 記錄。在3天後,對照組所產的後代數顯著高於三種真菌菌株處理組之後代數。在20℃下, Col. 41,42及Vl Ho.159處理組及對照組的後代數分別為1.2,1.6,2.3和14.3。在25℃下, Col.41,42及V1 Ho.159處理組及對照組的後代數分別為3.4,4.2,4.4和7.2。就產孢而言, 在低溫時蠟蚧幹枝孢菌屬產孢速率較白殭菌快,反之在高溫時蠟蚧幹枝孢菌屬產孢速率較白 殭菌慢。白殭菌菌系(Col.42) 罹病之偽菜蚜產生水浸狀這可能造成產孢率較低的原因。 |
英文摘要 | Two local isolates of Beauveria bassiana (Bb Col. 41 and 42) and one isolate of Verticillium lecanii (HO 159) were bioassayed against Turnip aphid (Lipahiserysimi). Seventy-five newly molted apterous adults from stock colony were randomly selected for each bioassay and exposed to the fungal pathogens plate for 15 minutes. Either treated or non-treated aphids were then transferred individually into a 5.5 cm (dia.) petri disc and assigned each aphid as a replicate. Detached leaves from 4 weeks old and non-heading Chinese cabbage (Brassicae chinensis) plants were used as the food source. Treated and untreated aphids were placed at 20℃ and 25℃ incubators with a photoperiod 12 L: 12D. The mortality and fecundity of turnip aphids were recorded daily. The outgrowth and sporulation of these three fungal isolates on aphids cadavers after treatment were also recorded using a ranking system. The average fecundity in infected an control aphids differed significantly at 20℃ and 25℃ after 3 days inoculation. The average fecundity of infected aphids for Bbinfected apterous female were 4.0 and 4.2, and Vl-infected was 4.4 and for control was 17.2 per aphid at 25℃, and corresponding fecundity was 1.2, 1.6, 2.3 and 14.3 at 20℃, respectively. Significantly more sporulation was found on Vl when compared with other two fungal isolates at 20 ℃, while significantly greater sporulation on Bb Col.41 at 25℃. The liquefaction of cadavers infected by Bb Col. 42 was observed and might be responsible for the less sporulation of Turnip aphid cadavers. |
