中文摘要 | 在實驗室內進行探討溫度、濕度與取食之十字花科三種因子對白殭菌致病力的效 應及白殭菌與七星瓢蟲的相關性。 本實驗所用的白殭菌 Beauveria bassiana HO 212 品系 ,濃度為 10 �諒U子╱毫升,以噴藥塔噴灑。經本實驗初步探討,在四個處理溫度,25,30 ,35,和 40 ℃,偽菜蚜的死亡率皆可達 100 %。 但高溫時菌絲形成率很低。 25 ℃時為 100 %,30 ℃時為 57 %,35 ℃時為 22 %,40 ℃時為零。 故得知溫度會影響白殭菌對 偽菜蚜的菌絲形成。因高溫效應,致死的效果極低。故將來田間施用時,宜避免於高溫下使 用。若推薦給農民時,應建議在黃昏時施用。濕度會影響孢子的發芽,但有凝結水滴時會降 低白殭菌之致病力。當空氣中過於潮濕,如下雨或颱風前皆不宜使用。白殭菌對瓢蟲全無致 病力,表示其對非標的物無毒害作用,因而有利於取代化學農藥來防治害蟲。取食不同十字 花科植物的偽菜蚜對白殭菌感受性並不同。在所測試的四種十字花科中以清江白菜及蘿蔔最 佳,其次為芥蘭及結球甘藍。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of temperature, humidity, and crucifers on the virulence of Beauveria bassiana (Bb) against turnip aphid (TA), Lipaphis erysimi and the interaction between fungus and predator were examined under laboratory condition. B. bassiana (HO 212) was sprayed at the concentration of 10 �� conidia/ml with a potter spray tower for the entire experiment. Bbtreated turnip aphids were incubated at 25,30,35, and 40 ℃ under 12L:12D. The mortality of fungus-treated aphids has reached 100% for all the temperatures. However, the percentage of mycoses were 100% for 25 ℃, 57% for 30 ℃, 22% for 35 ℃ and zero for 40 ℃. The present data have indicated high temperature might play an important role on the motality of turnip aphid instead of the infection by Bb HO 212. The mortalities of Bb-treated aphids at the humidity of 100%, 76% and 32% were in the following order: 71%<84%<94%. B. bassiana has no lethal effect on the eggs and first instar larvae when the seven-spotted lady beetle, sprayed with Bb suspension at the concentration of 10 �� conidia/ml. Crucifers such as radish, kale, khlorabi, and Chin-Jiang Pei Tsai (CJPT) were chosen to rear turnip aphid for at least 3 generations before test. The mortalities of Bb-infected TA fed on radish and CJPT were 100%, for fed on kale was 88% and for fed on khlorbi was 75%. It could be concluded that B. bassiana HO 212 should not be sprayed at high temperature. However, the aphids fed on different crucifers have slight effect on the pathogenicity of Bb to turnip aphid. The present data have also confirmed that Bb is safe to lady beetle when Bb was applied in the field. |
