中文摘要 | 微小粉蝨Minutaleyrodes minuta (Singh) 以胡瓜飼育於28±1℃、80~85% RH 、13L:11D 之條件下,測定其未成熟期之發育時間、雌蟲壽命、生殖力及子代性比。微小粉蝨雌雄個體之發育時間分別為15.42 日及14.51 日,卵孵化率為86.8% ,未成熟期之存活率為 66.9% 。雌蟲一生產卵106.22 個/雌,日平均產卵量4.99 個/雌/日;雌蟲之產卵高峰(9.39 個/ 雌)出現於第八日齡,壽命則為18.03 日。第四日齡雌蟲所產之子代其性比(♀/♀+♂)達最高峰(0.85) ,子代總性比則為0.79 。本試驗首次證實微小粉蝨得以在經濟作物胡瓜上完成其世代。 |
英文摘要 | Minutaleyrodes minuta (Singh) was bred to determined the developmental duration, survivorship, longevity, fecundity and sex ratio of offspring on Cucumis sativus under artificial conditions 28±1℃, 80~85% RH, and 13L : 11D photoperiod. Time required from egg to complete development of the female and male was 15.42 days and 14.51 days, respectively. The hatching rate of eggs was 86.8%, and survivorship of the immature stage was 66.9%. Mean total fertility and the average number of eggs laid per female of daily fertility were 106.22 eggs/female and 4.99 eggs/female/day, respectively. Females longevity was 18.03 days, and sex ratio (♀/♀+♂) of offspring was 0.79. The peak of oviposition (9.39 eggs/♀) and sex ratio of offspring (0.85) were produced by 8th day and 4th day females, respectively. |
