中文摘要 | 本研究調查分析本省台東縣知本及雲林縣三條崙之海岸木賊葉木麻黃林地之放線 菌Frankia與囊叢枝菌根菌(VAMF)的種類,及其接種至木賊葉木麻黃苗木後,對苗木生 長、固氮作用及耐鹽性之效應。本研究分離出CeI□、CeI□、CeI□等三個Frankia菌株, 及Acaulospora scrobiculata、Glomus etunicatum、與Glomus mosseae等三種囊叢枝菌根菌。 將Frankia菌株及G. etunicatum、G. mosseae孢子培養增殖後,分別單一或雙重接種至木賊 葉木麻黃幼苗。研究結果顯示,Frankia菌株對木賊葉木麻黃幼苗生長之促進作用高於G. mosseae 者,又高於G. etunicatum者。雙重接種之初期生長促進效應低於單一接種Frankia 者,然而八個月以後的生長促進效應則高於單一接種Frankia者。接種Frankia之木賊葉木 黃幼苗之根瘤固氮速率,高於雙重接種Frankia及G. etunicatum 、或G. mosseae 者。雙重 接種Frankia及G. etunicatum、或G. mosseae者可耐至550 mM之鹽分濃度,而單一托種Frankia 者可耐至450 mM之鹽分濃度,單一接種G. etunicatum 、或G. mosseae 者可耐至500 mM 之鹽分濃度,不接種者可耐至250 mM之鹽分濃度。由此可證明接種放線菌Frankia及囊叢 枝菌根菌可增進木賊葉木麻黃的生長、固氮作用及耐鹽性。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated and isolated Frankia and vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (VAMF) from beef wood (Casuarina equisetifolia) forests located at Taitung and Yunlin counties. Beef wood seedlings were inoculated with Frankia strains and/ or VAMF in order to observe its effects on seedling growth, nitrogen fixation, and salt tolerance. 3 Frankia strains, i.e., CeI□, CeI□, and CeI□, and 3VAMF, i.e., Acaulospora them, 3 Frankia strains and 2 VAMF (G. etunicatum, G. mosseae) were cultured for single or dual inoculation tests onto beef wood seedlings. The results revealed that Frankia had higher effect on seedling growth than that of G. etunicatum and G. mosseae. During the first 6 months, dual inoculation had lower effect on seedling growth than that of G. etunicatum and G. mosseae. However, after 8 months, dual inoculation had higher effect on seedling growth than that of G. etunicatum and G. mosseae. Nitrogen fixation activity of Frankia inoculated seedlings was higher than that of dual inoculated seedlings. Among salt tolerance, seedlings inoculated with Frankia and VAMF (G. etunicatum and G. mosseae) had the highest tolerance up to 550 mM NaC1. The ones inoculated with Frankia had lower salt tolerance up to 450 mM. However, the non-inoculated ones had the lowest salt tolerance up to 250 mM. The results demonstrated that inoculation of Frankia and VAMF could increase growth, nitrogen fixation activiety, and salt tolerance of beef wood seedlings. |
