中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在探討以模擬海岸之飛沙與鹽沫逆境對六種闊葉樹種苗木之影響及為 害。試驗結果顯示,機械性磨傷之後,噴灑鹽沫會使苗木出現明顯之病徵,鹽沫濃度上升, 葉片受損之面積亦隨之顯著增加。受損嚴重之葉片會脫落,但在處理後 28 日未發現苗木死 亡。 不同樹種之反應具顯著之差異,福木經機械磨傷且噴灑一次鹽沫者,體內 Na �坐� Cl �狾b 4 天之內並無顯著積聚;青剛櫟苗木之 Na �圻b 4 日中顯著增加。在供試之六樹種間 選擇樹青作長時間之觀測, 發現隨著處理後時間之延長,Na �坐� Cl �狺宏E積隨之顯著增 加。鹽沫處理不影響植體中 K �坐� Ca �リ尿@度,Na �坐� Cl �狾b鹽沫處理後也不會自葉 部轉移至其他部位。試驗結果得知,葉片經磨傷處理者噴灑一次鹽沫即會造成明顯之傷害, 而且磨傷會加重鹽害之程度,二者具顯著交感效應,但危害僅止於葉部,為局部性傷害。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of the study was to investigate the damage caused by salt spray and mechanical abrasion to six native broad-leaved species of Taiwan. Results showed that salt spray and mechanical abrasion did cause visual symptoms. Treatmental combinations of mechanical abrasion and salt spray increased the damaged leaf area and leaf-fall in all six species. Increasing the concentration of salt spray, the damaged leaf area was increased. Mechanical abrasion or salt spray did not significantly increase the concentration of Na�� and Cl�� in Garcinia subelliptica within four days. The concentration of Na�� in Cyclobalanopsis glauca increased significantly within four days. After mechanical abrasion and salt spray, Na�� and Cl�� concentration in Poueria obovata increased with time. Mechanical abrasion and salt spray did not affect K�� and Ca�� concentrations in this study. Na�� and Cl�� did not retranslocate from leaves to stems or roots. Mechanical abrasion followed by salt spray did deepen salt damage to those six tree species. There was a significant interaction between mechanical abrasion and salt spray, but only leaves were damaged. |
