中文摘要 | 離職意願是一種行為傾向,其會導引真正的離職行為。而且會造成如雪球效應般 的離職率更為增加,影響了護理品質。近年來,我國護理人員的離職率高居不下,積極瞭解 護理人員的離職意願因素,並且加以改善,實為當急之道。 本研究是以臺北市某醫學中心護理人員為研究對象,探討護理人員對於離職意願之因素分析 探討。其採用隨機抽樣方式,抽取並發出550份問卷,採取研究對象自填問卷的方式,最後 實得有效問卷為495份。並以因素分析方法測量該量表之效度,並萃取出二個因子,分別為 「忠誠度」、「配合度」二個因子,其可解釋之累積總變異量為58.6%。 此次離職意願之因素分析探討,即在嘗試找出最具影響力的因素來解釋在職護理人員對於離 職意願的原因。透過分析我們可以更瞭解其潛在因素,而能夠更有效的預測未來在職護理人 員對於離職意願的可能因素,進而改善措施,以減緩離職行為的產生。 |
英文摘要 | The intention to quit is a liability of behavior. It would bring the intrinsically action to resign and lead the rate of resign to be raised highly. This study is to investigate the nurses' intention to quit in a medical center. And questionnaire were distributed to the nurses from a clerk system. 495 samples was returned. Factor analysis was performed to find the structure of this Nurses' Intention to Quit Checklist. Two factors were extracted and named loyalism and conjugation. And two factors accounted for 58.6% of the total variance. The purpose of this study is trying to find the significant factors and building up a reliable and valid instrument for nurses and nursing manager. By the result of this study, we could understand the latent factors and predict the possible factors for nurses' intention to quit in the future. And receding the behavior to quit by improving equipment and systems. |
