中文摘要 | 為分析傳染性支氣管炎病毒( infectious bronchitis virus; IBV )臺灣分離 株 S1 醣蛋白之特性,選取 2 株 IBV 臺灣分離株進行 S1 基因的選殖與定序。 此 2 毒株 間 S1 醣蛋白基因的核酸同質性為 94%,胺基酸序列同質性為 91.11%。 2 毒株在種系發生 樹( phylogenetic tree )的分析上是較接近於 Massachusetts 群。其 S1 和 S2 醣蛋白 次單位間的蛋白�t裂解序列皆為 RRFRR,亦與 Massachusetts 群相同。2 毒株皆發現 4 處 的類似共有序列( consensus-like sequence ) CTT ( A/T ) G, 但與國外毒株間並無 基因重組現象。 |
英文摘要 | In order to analyze the S1 glycoprotein of the Taiwan isolates of infectious bronchitis virus, two infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) Taiwan isolates were selected for S1 gene cloning and sequencing. The nucleotide sequence similarity of these two isolates is 94%, and that of the deducedJ amino acid sequence is 91.11%. The two isolates are colse to the Massachusetts group by phylogenetic analysis. The amino acid sequences of the proteolytic cleavage site between the S1 and S2 glycoproteins of the two isolates are RRFRR, which are identical with the Massachusetts group. Four consensus-like sequences, CTT (A/T) (A/T)G, are noted in both of the two isolates but no recombinations are found. |
