中文摘要 | 從台灣中部近2500公尺海拔山區選擇4個壞質淋澱土樣體,以研究其土壞物理、 化學性質及其黏土礦物的風化序列。土壞具強酸性(pH 3.5-5.0)及極低之鹽基飽和度(<10%)。 在樣體之控制層中粘粒含量介於250至380 g/kg間,比世界上大部份之淋澱土中之粘粒含量 還高。淋澱化作用及粘粒洗入作用是這些土壞的主要化育作用過程。在漂白層(E)的主要黏 土礦物為伊萊石及蒙特石。在淋澱層(Bhs)中之主要黏土礦物則為伊萊石、蛭石、及鋁層間 蛭石。在母質(C)層中之主要黏土礦物為伊萊石與綠泥石。本文討論了這些壞質淋澱土之黏 土礦物之風化序列,並提出其風化序列為:伊萊石→綠泥石→ 蛭石→蒙特石→鋁層間蛭石。 |
英文摘要 | Four pedons of loamy-skeletal Spodosols with an elevation near 2500 m were selected from central Taiwan to study the chemical and physical properties and weathering sequences of their clay minerals. The soils have low pH (3.5-5.0) and very low base saturation percentage (<10%). The clay content in the control sections of the pedons, ranged from 250 to 380 g/kg, are higher than in most Spodosols of the world. Podzolization and illuvial clay accumulation were the main pedogenic processes. The major clay minerals in the albic (E) horizon of these Spodosols were illite and smectitie. Illite, vermiculite and hydroxy-interlayered vermiculite (HIV) were the main clay minerals in the spodic (Bhs ) horizon. Illite and chlorite were the major clay minerals in the parent materials. The weathering sequences of clay minerals in these loamy-skeletal Spodosos are discussed and shown as: illite, chlorite→vermiculite→smectite→HIV. |
