中文摘要 | 本研究利用各種合成及燒結方法,以得到緻密的硫化物。陶瓷粉末合成方包括(1 ) 草酸鹽共沈(2)碳酸鹽碳共沈法 (3) 醇鹽混合法, 以得到均勻皂的原料粉未。 然後選擇適 當之硫化溫度及氣氛, 將此起始粉末硫化。 草酸鹽共沈起始粉未硫化所得 Cd0.1Ca0.9La �� S �盔誑憧郁〃伎蚻� 5.3 μm, 粒度分佈廣, 呈不規則形狀。 醇鹽混合起始粉末硫化所 得 Cd0.1Ca0.9La �� S �盔誑膝郁〃伎蚻� 1.5 μm,粒度分佈廣,呈不規則形狀。醇鹽混 合起始粉末硫化所得 Cd0.1Ca0.9La �� S �盔誑膝郁〃伎� 1.1 μm,粒度份佈最窄呈球形 。 硫化物粉末以熱壓燒結得到接近理論密度之試片。 0.5mm 厚的片試經硫化氫氣氛回火後 ,測試紅外線光譜及密度之結果。 草酸鹽起始物所後之回火試片因密度仍未達到理論密度, 在 13μm紅外線之穿透率只有 5 %。碳酸鹽及醇鹽所得之回火試片其在 13 μm之穿透率 分別為65 %及 70 %。 |
英文摘要 | Fabrication and characterization of a Cd0.1Ca0.9La�特�淆eramic,including powder processing,sintering control, microstructure and properties were stud- ied for applying in infrared transmitting window of 8-14 um wavelen- gth.Powder processing via oxalates, carbonates and alkoxide routes to form the precursors was compared. The precousors was sulfidized at 950 ℃ in H �� S atmosphere.The average particle size of the sulfide through oxalates route was about 5.3 μm,from the coprecipitated carbonates was 1.5 μm, and through alkoxide route was 1.1 μm.After hot pressing at 1100 ℃ for lh,The theoretical density of Cd0.1Ca0.9La �� S �� was reached. The pellet obtained from the coprecipitated carbonates had a 65 % IR transmittance, while that obtained from the alkoxide route had a 70 % IR transmittance in the 13μm region. |
