中文摘要 | 本研究係討論鐵鋁基合金在熔融碳酸鹽中的耐蝕性 ,碳酸鹽組成為62molLi�浚O�陘�38molK�浚O�隻@晶成份,流動氣氛為熔融碳酸鹽燃料電池的陽極氣氛(68H��+17CO��+15H�烙),操作溫度為650℃。藉由重量損失分析,評估試片材料的腐蝕速率及其腐蝕動力學的控制機構;再利用X-Ray繞射儀、電子微探儀(EPMA)及掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)分析腐蝕層的結構、元素分佈及表面腐蝕型態。實驗結果說明,不�袗�的耐蝕性優於Fe-Al基合金;Fe-40Al的腐蝕動力學為擴散機構所控制。鐵鋁基合金的重量損失隨著基材鋁含量的增加而降低,這是因為Fe-Al基合金的結構於25Al含量時形成DO�做硎c,而在36Al含量時形成B�秦W則相結構,隨著規則度的增加,鐵的擴散速率降低的緣故。而Fe-Al基合金的表面腐蝕型態最主要為沿品腐蝕,添加Cr合金元素可提升其耐蝕性。 |
英文摘要 | The corrosion resistance of Fe-Al alloys with the eutectic composition of 62 mol LiCO��-38 mol K�浚O�� and anode atmosphere of molten carbonate fuel cell in a molten carbonate bath has been investigated at 650℃. The corrosion kinetics was studied by the weight loss analysis. The corroded samples were analyzed by the x-ray diffraction meter to identify the present phase. Characterization of the corroded scale was carried out with scanning electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis. Corrosion resistance of stainless steel was superior than those of Fe-Al alloys The corrosion kinetics followed the parabolic rate law in Fe-40Al alloy. Weight loss decreased with increasing the content of Al in Fe-Al alloys. Owing to the order structure of Fe-Al alloys the content of aluminum in Fe-Al alloys will decrease the outward diffusion of iron. The forms of corrosion of Fe-Al alloys was intergranular corrosion. The improvement of corrosion resistance of Fe-Al alloys can be obtained by the addition of chromium. |
