中文摘要 | 燒結原料加水造粒後,藉佈料機構控制佈料高度及密度經點火爐點火後開始進行 燒結過程,在燒結行程中,以往因監測設備不足,須完全仰賴操作人員由末端觀察燒結紅熱 帶狀況判斷佈料控制是否均勻,大多藉操作人員長期經驗累積作為調整佈料依據,沒有一致 性的調整標準,因此調整結果往往會因各人經驗不同而有相當程度之差異。 依據國外燒結場研究報告及中鋼No.3 SP在1990年5月至10月間測試結果,若能達成 燒結橫斷面溫度均勻性之要求,不僅可減少燒結細回料提升產量,對燒結品質的穩定及下游 冷卻行程的效果均有正面的效益,因此No.2 SP即針對此問題進行改善,以達到燒結橫斷面 溫度均勻燒結之要求。 |
英文摘要 | In Iron ore sintering process, the bed height of pallet is decided by cut-off plate and the transverse uniformity of raw mix in bed is controlled by charging device. The transverse uniformity of sintering is technically important in sintering operation. Due to the lack of sensoring instruments in transverse uniformity, the sintering results in sinter bed was judged by operator experience individually before. The coincident consequence could not be gotten, because of individual different knowledge level. Through some foreign sintering reports and test reports in CSC No.3 sinter plant, the transverse uniformity of bed can achieve the reduce of return fine and the increasement of product, along with the stabler quality in sintering. This report shows the improvements of the transverse uniformity in CSC No.2 sinter plant. |
