中文摘要 | 高速艦艇為提高其綜合性能,大都設計成小方塊係數的船形,緊湊的機艙佈置及 採用輕構造。為達高速而選用的大馬力主 / 副機,勢必按裝於有限的機艙空間中,因此之 故造成了一個極高分貝的噪音源。 此噪音源可經由多重通道 (如彈性墊、管路... 等 ) 而 對外傳播出結構噪音,以達於相距很遠的房艙,隨之,無可避免的,結構噪音又會輻射成空 氣噪音。為了對機器彈性墊之減振行為加以定性,本文利用機械四極參數法建立了分析模式 ,其中四極參數是利用彈性墊兩諯之動性函數來表示。透過敏感度分析,亦探討了各相關參 數對減振效應之影響。為了驗證分析模式之正確性,對所得之動性結果亦與實驗加以比對。 |
英文摘要 | To increase their performance envelope, most fast vessels are designed with a smal block coefficient, compact engine room arrangement and are of light weight construction. Powerful main and /or auxiliary engines are thus installed in confined spaces which, as a consequence, cause an extremely high level noise source. This source can propagate structure-borne noise via multipaths, such as the mounts, pipes, .., to remote cabins or compartments. Inevitably the structure-borne noise will eventually be radiated as acoustic waves within the vessel. To characterize the vibration reduction behavior of the resilient mounts of an engine, a model can be established by utilizing the mechanical four-pole parameters method, in which the parameters of the two ends of the mount are expressed in terms of mobility functions. The influence of the parameters on the vibration reduction effect is investigated using a sensitivity analysis. To validate the analytical model, comparisons are made with mobility results obtained from experimental trials. |
