中文摘要 | 本研究針對TiNiV三元形狀記憶合金,以 V 同量取代Ti Ni 合金中的Ti與Ni, 探討其麻田散體相變態、記憶特性、擬彈性及抗磨耗性等性質。 實驗結果顯示 TiNiV 合金 的變態溫度會因 V 的添加量不同而改變。 Ti Ni V �筒M Ti Ni V �祖漣峈泵^復效應因 V 的添加而提升,而 Ti Ni V �陘� Ti Ni V �疵o因為 TiNi �假臚G相的析出而變差。 Ti Ni V �祕X金,因 V 原子的固溶強化,使得擬彈性曲線的σ由 330MPa 提高至 560MPa,並且提 高合金之儲能特性。TiNiV 合金可藉由麻田散體自我調適作用及應力誘發麻田散體相變態, 使疲勞裂縫的尖端產生鈍化,減緩裂縫成長,而降低磨耗重量損失。 |
英文摘要 | The characteristics of martensitic transformation, shape memory, pseudoelasticity and wear-resistance of Ti �� Ni �� Vx(X=0 ∼ 4) shape memory alloys have been studied. Experimental results show that the martensitic transformation temperatures of Ti �� Ni �� Vx alloys will be changed due to the addition of various amounts of V element. Both Ti Ni V �� and Ti Ni V �� alloys exhibit an excellent shape memory effect due to the V additions. But Ti Ni V �� and Ti Ni V �� alloys exhibit a worse memory effect due to the precipitation of TiNi �� phase. The σ in the pseudoelastic hysteresis-loop of Ti Ni V �� is raised to 560Mpa from 330MPa of Ti Ni alloy, and the energy storage efficiency is also increased due to the solid-solution strengthening of V atoms. The fatigue crack-tips of TiNiV alloys will be blunted by the martensite accommodation and stress induced martensitic transformation, and hence the crack growth is depressed and the weight loss is reduced during sliding wear process. |
