中文摘要 | 鋼筋續接為營建工程中常見的工法之一,國內使用續接器種類繁多,因其品質良 莠不齊,且對於續接器的設計與使用又無明確的標準,常造成施工品質難以控制。有鑑於此 ,本研究為突破以往傳統續接工法之巢臼,從研發科技性材料著手進而創造出新工法為目的 ,藉由材料科技之提升以減低人為施工疏失,首次嘗試以形狀記憶合金(Shape Memory Alloy )應用於鋼筋續接器。形狀記憶合金是一種科技性的智慧型材料;藉由形狀記憶訓練 , 在容許的變形範圍內, 擴管製成可套住鋼筋的套筒,進而加溫使其產生形狀記憶效應( Shape Memory Effect )而回復原來較小的內徑,藉此達到接合的目的。本研發從微觀機理 層次到巨觀力學層次相互佐証,以學理及試驗的方式驗証其應用可行性,藉此研發開創新鋼 筋續接工法,提昇營建工程品質。 |
英文摘要 | Connection of steel reinforced bars is significant in Construction Engineering. There are many types of connections in Taiwan, but the qualities of them are not so uniform.t is not easy to control the construction quality due to not enough standard documents to support the design and application of connections. The research, based on the development of new materials and new construction methods, firstly attempted to apply the Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) on the connection of steel reinforced bars. The Shape Memory Alloy is a kind of new technical material, which can recover its original shape by simple heating due to its characteristic of Shape Memory Effect (SME). A coupling made of Shape Memory Alloy was designed in this research. The coupling was expanded in inner diameter before fitted on the reinforced bars and then recovered to its original smaller diameter to connect two ends of the reinforced bars by simple heating. The research here included design, producing and training of the SMA coupling. Both micro mechanism and macro-properties were discussed. In addition, theory and experiment were proceeded in the same time to verify the probability of application of construction. The main objective of this research is to develop new materials to improve the Construction quality. |
