中文摘要 | 本研究應用真空電狐熔煉爐配製Ti49Ni51、Ti 50Ni50與 Ti50Ni40Cu10三種形狀記憶合金,經輥壓後施以固溶處理,隨後進行液固混合沖蝕試驗,並選擇SUS304不�袗�做為比較材,以探討沖蝕相關特性。實驗結果顯示,三種TiNi合金之沖蝕速率皆小於SUS304不�袗�。於沖擊角30度時,四種合金皆呈現沖蝕速率之極大值。沖蝕速率也隨沖擊速度增加而單調遞增。四種延性材料經液固混合沖蝕後之顯微組織,隨沖擊角度之增加,其沖蝕形態皆由狹長犁溝流線痕跡逐漸轉變為突起屑片重疊覆蓋的趨勢。四種材料之硬度值也隨沖擊角度之增加而遞增。Ti 50Ni50於液固混合沖蝕後呈現應力誘發母相的效應,三種TiNi合金沖蝕後亦皆產生晶格扭曲變形。 |
英文摘要 | The erosion characteristics of Ti49Ni51,Ti 50Ni50 and Ti50Ni40Cu10 shape memory alloys have been systematically studied by using liquid/solid impingement test. The SUS304 stainless steel is selected to compare its erosion characteristics with TiNi alloys. It is found that under liquid/solid impingement, the TiNi alloys exhibit a lower erosion rate than the SUS304 stainless steel. For these four alloys, the maximum value of the erosion rate occurs at impact angle=30°, and the erosion rate increases monotonically with increasing impingement velocity. The impinged surface morphologies of the four alloys exhibit a lot of long and narrow furrows at low impact angles, but the overlapped chips at high impact angles. The hardness of these alloys increases with increasing the impact angle. The stress-induced parent phase transformation occurs in Ti 50Ni50 alloy, and the crystal lattices of three TiNi alloys are seriously deformed after liquid/solid impingement. |
