中文摘要 | In this paper, an efficient conceptual design methodology for articulated gear mechanisms is developed. This approach divides the design into two phases: searching for admissible mechanisms and synthesizing the desired mechanisms. Instead of enumerating graph representations for admissible mechanisms directly, a composition polynomail is used to obtain the configurations of the admissible mechanisms symbolically. In the composition polynomial, the input and transmission units (Chen and Shiue, 1996 )are used as the basic components to show all admissible unit combinations. The synthesis process is carried out by combinig the graphs of chosen units into mechanical transmission lines according to the composition polynomial, and finally combining the mechanical transmission lines into a complete mechanism. With this methodology, the designer can have a clear configuration about the desired mechanism before the synthesis process, and thus a specific direction can be oriented rather than start from scratch. |
英文摘要 | 本篇論文旨在提供一套有效率之關節式齒機構的概念設計方法。此設計方法是將 整個設計流程分為兩個部分:搜尋可用之機構構型及合成出機構之圖畫表示法。在本文中, 利用陳及薛( 1996 )找出之輸入單元及傳動單元作為整個關節式齒輪機構之構造基礎,可 導出組成多項式。利用此多項式,可快速搜尋出在一定桿數限制下,機構之單元組成情形。 由於在搜尋步驟中,不必以合成圖畫的方式來找尋,因此可以快速地搜尋更廣闊的空間。至 於在合成步驟中,則可藉由選定的之機構構型,選擇適合之輸入單元及傳動單元,以圖畫表 示法結合成傳動線,再將合成之傳動線結合,即完成整個機構的合成步驟。以此設計方法, 可將設計原點僅有的桿數要求擴展成多項式形式的可用機構型目錄。如此,則可提供設計者 明確的設計方向。 |
