英文摘要 | 以纏繞法製造複合材料圓管,樹脂黏度、纖維張力和纏繞角度是三個重要製程參 數。本研究探討這三個製程參數對於複材圓管機械性質的影響,複材系統包括碳纖維、玻璃 纖維和混纖(碳纖加玻纖)╱環氧樹脂。研究顯示高黏度環氧樹脂能改善大部份複材的機械 性質;對於 90 度的複材圓管,低纖維張力( 15 牛頓)導致低抗拉強度,但是對於 60 和 45 度的複材圓管,低纖維張力導致高抗拉強度; 低纖維張力也提昇所有複材圓管的壓縮強 度。此外,用內層玻璃纖維、外層碳纖維( A2 )或者相反的疊層所( A1 )纏繞得到的混 纖複材圓管,其機械性質均介於玻璃纖維及碳纖維╱環氧樹脂複材圓管之間。而同一層均有 玻璃纖維和碳纖維所纏繞得到的混纖複材圓管( B ),90 度圓管的壓縮強度高於 A1 混纖 複材圓管,其餘機械性質皆低於 A1 混纖複材圓管。破壞圓管並做顯微觀察以了解其破壞模 式。 strength when the winding angle of 90 ° is used; however opposite results are observed when the winding angle of 60 ° and 45 ° are adopted. On compressive test, lower tension causes higher strength is all these three cases. Furthermore, fiber placement also affects the mechanical properties of the composite ring. In this study, the mechanical properties of hybrid composite ring cut from fabricated cylinders were tested. As compared to glass/epoxy and carbon/epoxy composite rings, it is found that hybrid composite rings A1 and A2 types (A1: carbon fiber at inner layers and glass fiber at outer layers, A2: glass fiber at inner layers and carbon fiber at outer layers) show a medium strength in both tensile and compressive tests and B type (glass fiber and carbon fiber tows are co-wound onto the mandrel) shows a lower mechanical properties except for the case of 90 ° composite ring under compressive load. Moreover, the morphology of the fracture surface was also examined in this study. |
