中文摘要 | 本研究使用中文版領導能力問卷(LCAI)對國內某大學142位行政人員施測,以所得的資料,進行領導能力類型的相關研究。研究中以一軸四類型法進行領導能力分類,探討領導能力類型與人口變項的交互作用,對於領導能力的影響。結果發現性別、年齡、學歷、職務、服務年資等變項和領導能力類型,對知覺的領導能力有交互作用的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The relational research of classification of leadership competencies took the Leadership Competencies Assessment Instrument (LCAI) as instrument, and samples were 142 administrators of university in Taiwan. Using one axis four classified system to classify samples into four types, and explored the influences of type of leadership competencies and it's interactions with demographic variables on leadership competencies. The findings showed that gendr, age, educational level, position, length of service were interacted with types of leadership competencies on perceived leadership competencies. |
