中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在探討大學層組準諮商員團體諮商能力的組型。針對研究目的,本研究以研究者自編之「團體諮商領導能力評量表」為調查工具,對國內師範大學及師範學院相關科系之準諮商員共214位進行調查研究,所得資料計算其平均數、採單因子變異數分析、積差相關等統計方法分析其團體諮商能力的組型。本研究之主要發現如下: 1.不論層級,所有的準諮商員團體諮商領導能力表現情形,按其得分高低,依序為「團體諮商專業倫理行為」、「領導者心理與行為特質」、「團體進行前的準備技巧」、「團體過程的領導技巧」與「理論基礎」。 2.「理論基礎」是所有層組準諮商員表現最不足的領導能力,其中碩士層組的準諮商員則顯著優於大學層組。 3.「團體進行前準備技巧」、「團體過程的領導技巧」、以及「團體諮商專業倫理行為」三項能力與實際帶領經驗有關,大三層組之準諮商員的表現顯著不及大四層級與碩士層級之準諮商員。 4.教師評量與學生自評的結果在「領導者心理與行為特質」、「團體進行前的準備技巧」與「團體過程的領導技巧」三部分皆達顯著相關。 研究者最後根據研究結果,提出幾項建議,以供後續研究及實務工作人員參考。 |
英文摘要 | We develops an inventory "Group Counseling Ability Inventory" to study the Group Counseling Ability Patterns for group counseling trainees. There are 214 counselor trainees of domestic Normal Universities and Colleges are tested by our inventory for this survey. We calculate the mean of above data, and use ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient to analyze the group counseling ability patterns. Our major findings are as follows: 1. Counselor trainees have the best performance in ethics, followed by psychology and behavior characteristics, pre-group preparatory skills, the leading skills in group counseling, and theoretical background in descending order of their scores. 2. Counselor trainees have the poorest performance in theoretical background as compared to others. Performance of trainees at master students is significantly better than that of undergraduates. 3. Pre-group preparatory skills, the leading skills in group counseling, and ethics are associated with the experience of trainees. Performance of Juniors trainees is much worse that that of Seniors and master students. 4. The results of evaluation conducted by teachers in psychology and behavior characteristics, pre-group preparatory skills, and the leading skil1s in group counseling are closely related to those conducted by students themselves. Based on our results, we make several suggestions for the future work. |
