中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在探討教師對國小四年級學童有關蒸發、凝結與沸騰概念之 瞭解,同時嚐試找出學童在這些概念上學習困難的徵結。研究者先編擬出評量國小 四年級學童的開放式紙筆測驗卷,再依據此卷發展蒐集中年級自然科教師意見之概 念調查問卷。回答問卷的教師係以隨機取樣方式自台北地區抽選出來的,回收率為 83.0%,同時研究小組也對台北地區的346位國小四年級學童實施示範式群測,之後 再綜合比較教師們認為學童可能持有的想法與學童經評量呈現的實際表現之差異。 研究結果顯示透過問卷調查的方式,將教師們的教學經驗結合起來,教師們已可指 出學童擁有的大部分想法;換言之,教師們對學童持有的想法做出了相當有效的預 估。又對學童評量的結果顯示國小四年級學童的蒸發概念發展得比凝結概念好;有 60% 以上的學童具有蒸發概念,而具凝結概念者卻還不到5%,同時學童在關於沸騰 概念命題的表現亦不理想。研究者發現四年級學童對〞水蒸氣〞並沒有清楚的認 識,他們無法想像出水蒸氣存在於空氣中的狀態,這極可能是他們在這些概念上學 習的徵結所在。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, 83 natural science teachers had filled out a questionnare to point out the possible ways of students' thinking while answering each task developed by the researchers; the tasks were also administered to 346 fouth graders. The research results show that if taking all teachers as a group. they can make a valid estimation on the kinds of ideas students bring to instruction on the topic in question. And the students' responses show that they had a better understanding of the concept of evaporation than that of condensation; more than 60% of the fouth graders had the evaporation concept, while the proportion of students with the condensation concept was less than 5% As to the matter inside the bubbles produced when water was boiling, the percentage of students who thought it was water vapor was 22.5%; there were only 1.7% of the students who were able to identify the white smoke coming out from a kettle mouth as tiny water drops. The researchers found out that the majority of the fourth graders had only rough comprehension of what water vapor is. |
