中文摘要 | 學校環境噪音除影響到學校師生的授課、學習效率外, 亦危害到學校師生的身心 健康,而大部分小學的環境噪音問題確實嚴重,下課期間有 88.2 %的學校超過規定標準; 因此各級教育主管單位及學校應注重且設法改善校園內的噪音污染問題。根據本研究的調查 結果顯示:校內噪音是學校環境噪音的主要來源,這可經由適當的校園分區規劃、設置隔離 綠帶、及加強推動「輕聲細語活動」來獲得改善。校外噪音種類較多,主要有交通噪音、飛 航噪音、工地噪音、工廠噪音及民俗噪音.... 等,一般較難以控制及有效改善, 可以考慮 設置隔離綠帶、加強交通噪音及飛航噪音管制、加強學校教室噪音防治設施等方法以獲得改 善;如改善效果不彰或噪音防治設施費用過高,則只好考慮遷校。再者,根據各校環境噪音 基本資料分析顯示:學校的規模大小、校區的隔音效果好壞、校外噪音嚴重與否、及學校是 否積極推動輕聲細語活動等均會對學校環境噪音品質產生明顯影響。 |
英文摘要 | Besides environmental noise would affect the efficiency of both teaching and learning between teachers and students of schools, it also harm physical and psychological health of them. Environmental noise problems of most primary schools are actually serious and, during play time, 88.2% of schools is over criteria. Therefore, the authorities concerned and schools at all levels should emphasize and try to improve the noise pollution problems of campus. According to the survey of this study, it is shown that internal noises are the main source of schools' environmental noises, which can be improved by proper campus-zoning design, setting up isolated green area, and enhancing the speaking-softly activity. The kinds of out-campus noises are more than those of in-campus. Mainly coming from traffic, aircrafts, building sites, manufactory, folk customes, and so on, out-campus noises are more difficult to be controlled and improved efficiently, and which can be improved by setting up isolated green areas, strengthening the control of traffic and aircraft noise, enhancing noise protecting facilities of classrooms. If the improvements are less efficient, or the budget of noise protecting facilities is too high, moving the schools has be considered. Further more, according to basic data analysis of schools' environmental noises, it is shown that the scopes of schools, noise isolating efficiency of campus, the seriousness of out-campus noise, and whether the speaking-softly activity is aggressively practiced will significantly affected the quality of schools' environmental noise. |
