中文摘要 | 事業前程(Career Path)是一種選擇職業,組織和生涯路徑的程序,也是個人一生 中工作職位變遷有關的活動與經驗。國軍軍官進入軍旅生涯系統中,同樣面臨未來前程規劃 的歷程,也會隨著環境的變遷與個人的成長,而有不同的工作滿意度行為表現。本研究從國 軍軍官事業前程觀點,依其軍旅生涯的基本屬性,採用非隨機抽樣分析方法,探討其生涯規 劃發展重心焦點及工作滿意度之行為表現,並進行交叉分析以探討其變遷情形。研究結果顯 示,在各種滿意度指標中,受試者普遍對於工作環境和工作性質的滿意度較高,對於晉升機 會和薪資的滿意度較低。綜合來說,受試對象皆很積極地經營自己的事業前程。當初以志向 所使而投入軍旅的比例最高,為了穩定的經濟生活次之;以階級而論,少校以前對前程充滿 不定性,中校以後則最希望以工作表現的昇遷方式,到學校和高司單位過穩定的生活,充實 自己,服役到二十年。 |
英文摘要 | The career-path is a procedure of choosing one's profession, working environment, and career layout. It is also an activity and experience of career transition in the person's life time. The ROC military officers meet the same career planning problem as general citizen when they plunge into the military after military academic life. They appear different occupation behavior according to personal growing experience and working environment change. This research addresses the main stress of military officers' career planning and job satisfaction in the mature stage, from the career-path point of view. From the analyzed data, it suggests that the ROC officer prefer a position with good working environment and well working nature than the one with high opportunity of promotion or nice salary. Furthermore, the main motivation for a person to join the ROC military is to serve his country. while economy is the next consideration. They are eager to have a calm life by getting a post in academic or general headquarters through their distinguished work performance, and then retire over two decades of service in military. In conclusion, ROC officers are constructive in their career planning. |
