英文摘要 | A fluidized bed incineration system was designed and constructed to incinerate the ion exchange resin. The system consists of waste feeding device, catalyst, off gas absorption, heating and temperature control apparatus. After mixing with kerosene, ion exchange resin was sparyed into the fluidized bed through screw extruder and pneumatic controller. The features of this device are for the easy transportation and ignition of ion exchange resin. Sand was used as fluidizing media. The incineration temperature was controlled at 650~700℃ .The tar and organic off gas were decomposed to carbon dioxide and water after passing through the heated copper oxide catalyst. Fly ash was collected by cyclone. SOx in the off gas was absorbed in sodium hydroxide solution. Iron oxide was used as simulated crud for spent resin. The capacity of this incineration system is 400 g of ion exchange resin per hour. The removal efficiency for tar is greater than 99%. The burning efficiency is 99.9%. The carbon content in residue is 0.15%. |
