中文摘要 | 本研究目的為評估加馬輻射照射對蜜蜂採集花粉中微生物之滅菌效果及對營養成 份之影響。照射花粉樣品包括茶花、百花之乾花粉及潮濕花粉,輻射照射於本組鈷六十照射 熱室中進行,使用之微生物培養基包括合成培養基及添加花粉之半合成培養基,培養方式包 括表面塗抹法、傾倒法、及最大可能菌數測定法,經測試結果顯示市售乾燥花粉之微生物濃 度約為10□~10□CFU/g,而濕花粉之微生物濃度約為10□~10□CFU/g,蟲卵數達10□個/克, 主要微生物包括其茵、酵母菌及好氣性細菌。乾燥花粉樣品經1-2 kGy劑量照射後,單位重 量所含生菌數即漸下降;經4 kGy劑量照射後菌數明顯下降;而6 kGy劑量照射後,多數樣品 已無生菌存在,而濕花粉欲達相同的滅菌效果需12 kGy之劑量。花粉經10 kGy及15 kGy 輻射照射後分析其粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纖維、維生素B□、維生素C、維生素E、泛酸及葉酸 含量,結果顯示乾、濕花粉中上述各項受測營養成份之變化不大。 |
英文摘要 | This study examined how gamma irradiation influences microbiological quality and nutrient composition of the honeybee-collected pollen. Pollen samples were irradiated in a cobalt-60 hot cell of our Isotope Division. The synthetic and semi-synthetic media were used for microbial cultivation, methods of surface plate count, pour plate count, and the most probable number count were used for microbe counting. Experimental results indicated not only that microbe contents m the dry and wet pollen ranged from 10□ to 10□ CFU/g and 10□ to 10□ CFU/g respectively, but also that the number of insect eggs ranged from 10□ to 10□ per gram. The main microbes are fungi, yeast, and arobic bacteria. In the dry pollen, the microbe number gradually decreased after 1 to 2 kGy of gamma irradiation. Moreover, the microbe was obviously decreased after 4 kGy of gamma irradiation; a non microbe existed in most of the dry pollen after 6 kGy of gamma irradiation. However, in wet pollen, l2kGy of gamma irradiation was necessary for sterilizing the microbes. The nutrient compositions of the 10 kGy and 15 kGy dosages of gamma irradiated pollen were analyzed. Analysis results confirmed that the contents of crude fat, crude protein, crude fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B□, vitamin E, panthothenic acid, and folic acid slightly changed after gamma irradiation. |
