中文摘要 | 本研究以半結構的深度訪談一所開放教育幼稚園的八位教師,探討他們在課程決 定及師生互動的想法及作法,再以開放教育的課程決定指標及師生互動指標來檢查。將八位 受試教師的想法及作法歸類為正面想法、負面想法、正面作法,負面作法,以此決定他們在 開放教育教學之社會化階段。結果發現影響教師在開放教育社會化階段的因素有三:一、年 資:年資十年內的教師,其開放教育社會化階段大致和生涯發展階段一致。二、年資十年以 上的教師已經形成一套自己的教學行為及思考,不易轉變為尊重幼兒的行動,所以在開放教 育社會化階段還是新手階段。三、工作投入:熱愛幼兒教育工作的教師,開放教育社會化階 段較其生涯發展階段有超前的情形。本研究提出三點開放教育課程決定與教學互動的盲點作 為建議:(一 ) 教育經營中人與人互動的觀念。(二 ) 開放教育教師應該以了解幼兒為重要 成長指標。(三 ) 幼兒的學習自主需要老師的引導及協助。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the curriculum-decision- making and the teacher-student-interaction in one open education kindergarten, and to tell each teacher's open education socialization stage. The tool was a set of semi-structured questions. Eight teachers in the same school accepted interviews one-by--one. Interview datum were recorded and written down with words and sentences. Those words, sentences, paragraphs were analyzed and classified into supported thinking, opposed thinking, supported actinq, opposed acting by some open-education indicators. The results of this study were described as follows:1.Below ten teaching years, teachers could improve their open education socialization in accordance with their career development.2. Above ten teaching years, teachers might have set up their own teaching model, they hardly changed their idea and acting into open education. Their open education socialization would maintain in novice.3.Job Commitment could push the young teachers' open education socialization stage eralier. This study gave tree suggestions: 1.We should emphasis the interactions and relationships of people in education systems.2."Understanding yound children" should be the most important indicator of the open education teachers. 3.Young children's opportunity of independent learning should be helped and arranged by their teachers. |
