中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的乃在探討影響幼教師課程決定的因素、類型及其影響強度。根據-七位目前正在進修學士學位班的幼教師為研究對象所進行的研究發現:(1)、教師的專業能力與素養、自我的期許、幼稚園的環境、設備與資源及教師的人格特質等四個變項對教師課程決定影響最大(2)、幼教師課程決定的類型可以畫分為四種類型:「外編教材影響」、「環境-師資影響型」、「幼兒-外在壓力影響型」及「多重勢力影響型」。 |
英文摘要 | The responses of 117 kindergarten teachers who study in Chia-Yi teachers college were used with the cluster and discriminant analysis to identify the most salient influences and patterns on pre-school teachers' curriculum decision-making. The results showed that the greatest influences appeared to be the items "teacher's professional ability","teacher's self-expectation","the availaility of resources and equipments in kindergarten" and "teacher's personality". Those influences from the Ministry's direction and the published textbooks are minimal. Finally, four patterns of curriclum decision-manking are identified. |
