中文摘要 | 一般使用物理方法處理純化蒙脫石,可將膨礦土中不同結晶形態的礦物分離但卻 很難將離子態的雜質去除。本研究乃使用電化學的方法更進一步去純化蒙脫石,試圖將離子 態的雜質還原進而分離去除。 研究中發現在電位為 -0.8V 附近電解蒙脫石水溶液, 會有 Ti4+ 等雜質從蒙脫石結構中八面體鍵結位置被還原出來,而將純度提高,而後以 Rietveld Method 去解析電解還原八面體中鈦離子對蒙脫石晶格結構的影響, 實驗結果發現隨著鈦離 子還原去除的量增加, 使的原本扭曲的八面體鍵結會有逐漸恢復的趨勢。 然而在進行 scanning voltammetry 測試時,因蒙脫石水溶液對電極具有很強的腐蝕作用, 使得電極本 身有溶解的現象產生,因此更進一步地對電極的適用性做評估,實驗中發現以銅片電鍍錫薄 膜為工作電極最為適用。 |
英文摘要 | As well known, the montmorillonite with an amount of Fe per two octahedral site it of 0.1 different from other minerals. The intensity ratio of the 002 to the 003 increases sharply as the total number of electrons in the octahedral site increases. moderate Fe concen-trations in a dioctahedral variety will produce diffraction patterns that are indistiniguishable from Mg-rich trioctahedral vaieties. Green-kelly test could faciliate the elimination of charge and converts montmorillonite to a pyrophllite-like mineral that does not expand upon treatment with water. In this study, electrochemical method is adopted to purify montmoril-lonite. At a potential-0.8V (vs AgCl/Ag+), the "Ti4+" would be reduced and be taken away from octahedral site. The XRD measurement data be refined by Rietveld analysis indicated that the octahedral bonding would be recovery after the removal of the impurity "Ti4+". During the experiment of voltammetry, montmorillonite was found to be corrosive to the electrode. A thin film of tin electoplating was considered to be necessary for such a electrolysis during a copper electrode be used. |
