中文摘要 | 臺中電廠#1FGD從EP到GGH之煙道運轉溫度正常情形的 139℃∼140℃,設計材質為A588耐侯鋼,然而當機組配合負載管理, 降載運轉或起動時,排氣溫度可能降到Dew point以下,或是燃煤使 用高硫成份時,排氣溫度亦可能降到Dew point 以下,而造成低溫腐 蝕。另外一方面,從GGH到吸收塔之煙道運轉溫度也在Dew point 之下,雖然採用317 LM不�袗�,依過去使用經驗317LM仍會有局部 腐蝕的可能,而導致穿孔洩漏煙氣之可能。 本計畫第一階段將採用二組線上即時電化學腐蝕偵測系統,結合 材料表面溫度可控制的探頭及重量損失探頭,直接安裝在臺中電廠 FGD煙道上,讓材料接觸實際煙氣腐蝕環境,配合現場實際運轉, 收集A588及317LM二種現有煙道材料在各種操作條件下的實際腐 蝕狀況,並進而研判EP到GGH之煙道及GGH到Absorber之煙道 材料的防蝕需求。 研究結果發現:在試運轉期間,A588及317LM重量損失探頭分 別在EP→GGH及GGH→Absorber煙道,經半年以上的測試後,其 平均腐蝕速率分別為0.23及0.25 mm/yr左右。317LM試片表面除了 均勻腐蝕狀況外亦觀察到腐蝕較深之圓孔,其深度經量測最深可達 0.38mm 需特別注意。在設計溫度上,正常通氣運轉時,A588和317LM 的腐蝕電流密度,大部分時間皆在基準值以下,亦即腐蝕速率很低。 在開機升溫階段,A588和317LM經常有一段時間(幾十分鐘到數小 時)發生露點腐蝕現象。在FGD停機後,A588和317LM有發生腐 蝕的可能,尤其是317LM發生腐蝕的機率較大。 |
英文摘要 | Under normal operation, the temperature in the duct of EP to GGH of the FGD (Flue Gas Degasification) system will be 139℃∼140℃. However, during start-up or downtime, or when high sulfur contained coal was used as fuel, the temperature could be lower than dew point, resulting in dew point corrosion on the base material of A588 weathering steel. Similarly, although high corrosion resistance metal, such as 317LM was applied to the duct of GGH to absorber, corrosions may also be found due to lower temperature than dew point in the duct. The purpose of this project is to detect the corrosion of the FGD system in Taichung Power Plant with the in-situ electrochemical corrosion monitoring system and then to find out necessary preventive measures against dew point corrosions. After half year of testing, the average corrosion rates were found 0.23 and 0.25 mm/yr for A588 and 317LM specimen, respectively. Besides, some pits on the surface of 317LM specimen were deeper than 0.38 mm. Although both A588 and 317LM will not be vulnerable to corrosion under normal operation, extra attention shold be paid during downtime operation of FGD system. |
