中文摘要 | 船舶及海洋結構物的疲勞是一個受到大量隨機因素影響的問題,如在設計過程 中相關的參數量都是以一些確定的數值來設計,忽略了許多不確定因子,則可能會造成經 濟上或安全上的顧慮。如欲達到安全性與經濟效益兼顧的目的,船體結構的設計與分析就 應該建立在結構可靠度分析的基礎上。本文以一階二次矩理論(MVF0SM)為基礎,配合 Hasofer-Lind的可靠度指標進行分析,進而求得疲勞破壞的破壞機率;最後,以兩艘油輪 的可靠度分析來探討使用高張力鋼材對船體結構疲勞可靠度的影響。 |
英文摘要 | In general, the fatigue problems of marine structures are affected by several factors, which are random in nature. If deterministic values alone are used as design parameters to describe those random factors while ignoring uncertainties in design, this may have some economical or safe concerns for marine structures. In order to obtain economic benefits and safety simultaneously in design, a reliability approach to the fatigue analysis seems to be appropriate and necessary. In this investigation, based on the Mean Value First Order Second Moment method and the advanced Hasofer-Lind method the safety level of a tanker is determined. Furthermore, two tankers are selected as examples to examine the effects of high tensile steel on the fatigue reliability. |
