中文摘要 | 船舶處於極端惡劣的環境條件下進行安全性評估是本文的研究重點。船舶在整體與局部破壞模式下的安全指標乃是Advanced First Order Second Moment (AFOSM)來加以計算,且極值波浪荷載是以統計的方法來求得的。加強板材與主要支材的最大極限狀態和疲勞極限狀態是用目前最佳的可靠度方法來估算的。此外,本文亦探討在船舶上使用高張力鋼時其可靠度分析的結果。最後,以最近所建造的油輪為實例,來驗證可靠度方法在安全性評估上的可行性,並且本文所建議的分析步驟可提供在船舶結構設計上較保守的評估。 |
英文摘要 | The safety evaluation of a ship under extremely environmental conditions is studied in the present investigation. Reliability indices associate with globe and local failure modes of the ship are calculated by means of Advanced First Order Second Moment (AFOSM) method. The extreme wave load is examined based on a probabilistic approach. Ultimate and fatigue limit states of stiffened panels and members are evaluated by the current state-of-art method. Furthermore, the effect of high tensile steel used in ships on reliability analysis is also studied. Finally, a recent built tanker is examined to demonstrate the feasibility of the safety assessment procedure for illustrative purposes. The proposed procedure provides a relatively conservative consideration in ship structural design. |
