中文摘要 | 本研究在分析傳統單元操作實驗室配置時,發現各設備獨立不能連貫及配管較為 雜亂並缺乏修改之彈性等,故嘗試應用工廠設計方法加以改進。首先架設管架,並將公用設 備之管路和電器開關設備及分散式控制電腦之導線透過管架連貫銜接。而單元設備則依 (一)性質之不同,(二)使用公用流體或電器儀器之線路之不同,(三)考慮噪音隔離、 污染控制、節約能源及工安等原則,分區配置於管架兩旁,並透過管架上之管線,使相關之 設備連貫在一起。如此不但在設備之操作、保養及修改上均很方便,而且使得單元操作實驗 室宛如一小型自動化之化工廠,讓學生身歷其境時,除了操作化工機械、研習程序控制之外 ,並可獲得廠房配置及配管設計之知識。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, when the layout of a traditional unit operation laboratory was analyzed, some defects were found. These defects include: (a) Various equipment is set up separately without any connection between related equipment. (b) Piping is not systematically organized which makes renovations to the pipe line difficult. Thus, this paper provides a plan design method to improve the drawbacks. First, the pipe rack is set up. The pipes and the conducting cables of public utilities, electricity switches and distributed computer control system are put on the rack. The unit equipment is grouped and located at both sides of the rack according to the following considerations: (a) the nature of the equipment, (b) the kind of utility and the circuits of electricity and instrumentation, (c) noise isolation, pollution control, energy savings and the industrial safety. Through the rack, the related equipment is connected by pipe lines and cables. In this way, operation, maintenance and renovation of equipment is convenient. The laboratory of unit operation will be just like a small automatic chemical plant. The students will be able to gain experience from the operation of laboratory equipment and become familiar with process control. Moreover, they will be able to acquire knowledge necessary for factory layout and piping design. |
