中文摘要 | 本文分析傳統單元操作實驗室之配置,發現其各設備獨立不能連貫,且配管較為雜亂缺乏修改之彈性。故提議於單元操作實驗室中架設管架,把公用設備、電器開關室、中央控制室及各單元設備分區配置管架兩旁,並透過管線使整個連貫起來。各設備依性質之不同,使用公用流體或電儀線之不同,並考慮噪音、污染、節約能源及工安等原則適當配置。公用流體及電儀器管線整齊排列於管架上,對於操作、保養及修改均很方便。管架下設排水溝以集中排放廢水,並架設冷卻水回收管,使得單元操作實驗室宛如一小型化工廠,讓學生身歷其境操作化工機械,研習程序控制,並可灌輸廠房配置及配管設計之知識。 |
英文摘要 | This paper analyzes the traditional laboratory of unit operation. It is found that its equitment is parted and doesn't link up together. Also the piping is disorderly. It lacks flexibility for revise. Therefore, it is proposed that to set pipe rack in the unit operation laboratory. Then the public equipment, electricity room, central control room and every unit equipment are located at the both sides of the rack. And they will be connected together by the pipe lines. Therefore, lines of utility fluid and electricity are arranged neatly on the rack, it is convenient to operate, maintain and revise. Under the rack, we set drainage ditch to gather the waste water and set cool water recycling line. Hence, the laboratory of unit operation will be just like a small chemical factory. The students experience it personally, operate the machines of the chemical engineering, learn the process control and get lots of knowledge of factory layout and piping design. |
