中文摘要 | The in vitro antimicrobial activities of Ofloxacin, Florfenicol, Cefamandole, Linco-spectin, Ampicillin and Oxytetracyclin against Escherichia coli (E. coli) were determined by use of a broth dilution method. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of these agents were determined twice against twenty E. coli strains isolated from dead-in-shell embryos and E. coli complicated chronic respiratory disease (CCRD) of chickens during 1995- 1996. The MIC �t of Ofloxacin and Florfenicol did not exceed 16ug/ml. Between these two drugs, Florfenicol had the higher activity, because of the more concentrated distributions of MIC values in Florfenicol than those in Ofloxacin. The MIC values of Linco-spectin, Ampicillin and Oxytetracyclin indicated that therapy of E. coli infections with these antibiotics should not be encouraged because the MIC values of most strains were >64 ug/ml. The drug sensitive disc tests showed that all tested E. coli strains were susceptible to Florfenicol (S% = 100). Whereas, 80% of the tested E. coli strains were susceptible to Ofloxacin. Sixty-five and fifty-five percents of E. coli strains were susceptible to Gentamycin and Enrofloxacin, respec- tively. The low susceptibility rates (below 40%) indicated that the therapy of E. coli should no be encourgaed by using Ampicillin, Sulphamethoxazole+Trimethoprim, Sulphamethoxazole, Neomycin, Flurnequine and Amoxicillin. |
英文摘要 | 抗菌藥劑 Ofloxacin (屬 f1uoroqinolone), Florfenicol, Cefamandole, Lincospectin, Ampicilin, Oxytetracyclin 之大腸桿菌 (E. coli) 試管抗菌效果試驗是 以培養液稀釋方法進行, 這些抗菌藥劑的最小有效濃度 (MIC) 測定是針對 1995-1996 年所 分離的 20 個中止蛋和 CCRD 病雞來源的 E. coli 所做的結果。 其結果 Ofloxacin 和 Florfenicol 的 MIC �t皆不超過 16 ug/ml, 因為 Florfenicol 的 MIC 值分怖較集中,兩 者之間,Florofenicol 有較高的抗菌活性。 由於 MIC 值皆超過 64 ug/ml, 當有 E. coli 感染時, 並不推薦使用 Linco-spectin, Ampicillin, Oxytetracyclin。藥物敏感性試驗紙 的結果顯示所有測試 E. coli 菌株對 Florfenicol 都有敏感性 (S%=100), 80% E. coli 菌株對 Ofloxacin 有敏感性, 65% 和 55% E. coli 菌株分別對 Gentamycin 和 Enrofloxacin 有敏感性, 而 Ampicillin, Sulphamethoxazole+Trimethoprim, Sulphamethoxazole, Neomycin, Flumequine 和 Amoxicillin 之低敏感性 (低於 40%), 並 不推薦使用。 |
