中文摘要 | 本文針對底火之主要成份:史蒂芬酸鉛與硫化銻,進行不同粒徑大小與不同組成 配方爆粉之示差熱分析、示差掃描量熱分析、熱重分析、落錘撞擊敏感度等各種量測,以獲 得爆粉之熱化學性質。實驗量測結果,由熱分解溫度、放熱量、熱分解活化能、落錘撞擊敏感 高度等數據,判斷爆粉以硫化銻 / 史蒂芬酸鉛之重量百分最佳配方比例。 |
英文摘要 | This study is focused on the characteristics affected by the composition an dparticle size of ingredients of primers. Two major ingredients of primers, lead Styphnate and antimony sulfide, are under investigations by means of differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, falling impact sensitivity test, flow test and measurements of angle of response. The optima particle size range between two ingredients are predicted according to the thermochmical properties and powder flow behavior of primers. |
