英文摘要 | The Analysis of Lactate Dehydrogerase Activity in Anaerobic Metabolism Studies The purpose of this study was to explore the respones of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in athletics and training. Reviewing literature and discussing, the prescriptive role LDH in anaerobic metabolism some conclusions have been drawn. 1. The activity of LDH was an indicator of anaerobic power. LDH activity was improved due to the dynamice factors, Vmax, Km, K'eq. 2. The LDH actrivity was differed with gender, age, intensity, duration and fitness levels. 3. The change of LDH activity during exercise might be caused by de ficient energy comsuption in cells that lead to release LDH into vasculature. 4. The training effect of LDH was uncertainly that due to the exercise intensity and duration. The LDH is enzymes adaption resulting from athletics training could be an implication for the development of the anaerobic prescription in the future. |
