中文摘要 | 藉由總體聚的方式分別製備出三種不同種類之聚酯型 (Polyester-type) 聚胺酯 交聯雙酚 A 型環氧樹脂 DGEBA (PU-crosslinked DGEBA) 之樹脂, 然後再使其與各種不同 組成之酚醛型氧樹脂 (Novolac) 作摻混,最在三級胺硬化劑之作用下, 予以硬化成型,同 時以紅外光譜分析 (IR analysis) 探討其間之反應行為, 以 Brookfield 黏度計研究其摻 混後樹脂之流變行為,並由機械性質之測試以比較其間之差異。 |
英文摘要 | The method of simultaneous bulk polymerization was used to form the polyestertype polyurethane (PU) crosslinked bisphenol A type epoxy (diglycidyl ether of hisphenol A, DGEBA) resin. And then the PU-crosslinked epoxy DGEBA was blended with various contents of novolac type epoxy rsin and the blends were cured by the tertiary amine, with comparisons given in terms of qualitative differences. By infrared (IR) analysis, the reaction behavior between the PU prepolymer with DGEBA epoxy resin was investigated. The rheology of the PU-crosslinked DGEBA epoxy was sutdied by the brookfield rheometer. And the mechanical properties of the PU-crosslinked DGEBA epoxy blended with novolac epoxy blended wtih novolaac epoxy were also investigated. |
