中文摘要 | 本研究旨在分析大學籃球隊教練訓練籃球隊時,教練與選手間互動的情形,以記 錄訓練期間教練口語及非口語的行為為主。研究過程是先將訓練全程拍攝成錄影帶,再採 用亞力桑那州立大學觀察工具 (ASUOI) 進行教練行為分析。 經過綜合分析討論後,得到以 下結論:一、訓練過程共分五個段落,總計花費 88 分鐘,各分段狀況及時間如下:熱身: 18 分鐘;三人小組進攻二人防守;25 分鐘;個人專長位置投籃:20 分鐘; 二人小組配合 上籃:23 分鐘;結束活動:12 分鐘。二、訓練過程中教練各種行為每分鐘出現次數的頻率 (RPM) 高低如下: 事後教導 > 責備 > 當場教導 > 無法編碼的行為 > 使用名字 = 事 前的教導 = 發問 = 讚美 = 管理 > 正面的示範 = 催促 > 負面的示範 > 肢體的協助。 三 、訓練過程中教練各種行為出現較高的三種行為及百分比如下:事後教導佔 25.6%;責備佔 14.9 % 當場教導佔 13.5 %。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of the study was to analyze the interaction between the coach and the players in the process of training the basketball team at a university The research procedures were to record the verbal and nonverbal behaviors of the coach during the training period first, then to proceed the analysis on coaching behaviors by using the Arizona State University Observation Instrument. After the synthetic analysis and discussion, the study concluded as follows:1.The training process was divided into five stages and totaled 98 minutes:warm-up :18minutes ; attack of three players and defense of two players:25 minutes ; individual shooting in professional position : 20 minutes ;harmony with each other of two players to shoot : 23 minutes ; ending activities : 12 minutes. 2.The rate per minute of the categories of coaching behaviors during training process could be put in order as follows : postinstruction>scolding>concurrent instruction>uncodable>use of first name= preinstruction=question=praise=management>positive modeling=hustle>negative modeling>physical assistance. 3.The three coaching behaviors which appeared more often in training process and their percentage were as follows : 25.6 % of all behaviors were postinstruction ; 14.9% were scolding ; 13.5% were concurrent instruction. |
