中文摘要 | 本研究是探討木質地板材料在不同摩擦介質間所發生的靜摩擦係數。研究中除測 試不考慮不同木理傾斜角下地板材料之靜摩擦係數外,並採討不同木理傾斜角對木質地板之 靜摩擦係數之影響, 其結果如次:1. 比較六種摩擦介質時,十種木材地板的靜摩擦係數大 小順序為:橡皮 > 皮革 >PVC 人造皮 > 棉襪 > 絲襪 > 鋼板。在不同的平面摩擦介質時, 除了棉襪與絲襪外,其靜摩擦係數彼此間之差異性均顯著。 2. 四種木材均以木理傾斜角為 30 °試片之靜摩擦係數最大。但僅 0 °與 30 °試片,又 60 °與 30 °試片有顯著性差 異外,其他木理傾斜角試片相互間均無顯著性性差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the static frictional coefficients of wood-based flooring materials which were put with different frictional mediums. In this study, the static frictional coefficient of tested flooring materials without the consideration of different grain angles was measured. The effect of the grain angle on the static frictional coefficient of tested flooring materials was also investigated. The results are summarized as follows:1.When comparing six frictional medium materials, the values of static frictional coefficient for ten different flooring materials showed the following tendency: rubber>leather>PVC artificial leather>cotton sock>silk sock>steel. Significant differences did not exit only between cotton sock and silk sock. 2 .The 30°grain angle specimens included four kinds of flooring materials showed largest value of static frictional coefficient. However, significant differences showed between 0 ° and 30 ° grain angles specimens, and between 60 ° and 30 ° grain angles specimens. |
