中文摘要 | 本研究是探討木質地板材料在不同摩擦介質間所發生的靜摩擦係數。 研究中除測試不同地板材料塗裝前與塗裝後之靜摩擦係數外,並探討含水率對木質地板之靜摩擦係數之影響,其結果如次: 1. 比較六種摩擦介質時,十種未塗裝與塗裝之木質地板的靜摩擦係數大小如次:未塗裝材為橡皮>皮革>PVC人造板>棉襪>絲襪>鋼板。PU塗裝材為橡皮>PVC人造板=皮革>棉襪>絲襪>鋼板。NC lacquer塗裝材為橡皮>板革>PVC人造皮>絲襪=棉襪>鋼板。 2. PU及NC lacquer 塗裝材之靜摩擦係數均較未塗裝材減低。其減低率以鋼板及橡皮摩擦介質最大、PU塗裝材為17 %∼52.3,NC lacquer塗裝材為14.5%∼51.8%。棉襪及絲襪兩種摩擦介質較小,PU塗裝材為5.4%∼19.6%,NC lacquer塗裝材為 11.3%∼37.2%。而以PVC人造皮摩擦介質為最小,PU塗裝材為2.4%∼6.9%,NC lacquer塗裝材為1.7%∼9.6%。 3. 除面板浸漬PF之LVB外,其他五種材料之靜摩擦係數皆有隨含水率增加而增大,或保持一定值。但硬槭木在含水率超過60%時,會有隨含水率增加而降低之趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the static frictional coefficients of wood-based flooring materials which were tested with various frictional mediums. In this study, the static frictional coefficient was measured before and after coating. The effect of moisture content on the static frictional coefficient of tested flooring materials was also investigated. The results are summarized as follows: 1. When comparing six kinds of frictional medium materials, the values of static frictional coefficients for ten different wood-based flooring materials before coating showed the following tendencies: For uncoated wood-based flooring materials, the order were rubber > leather > PVC artificial leather > cotton sock > silk sock > steel; for PU resin coating, the order were rubber > PVC artificial leather= leather > cotton sock > silk sock > steel; and for NC lacquer coating, the order were rubber > leather > PVC artificial leather > silk sock= cotton sock > steel. 2. The values of static frictional coefficients for PU resin and NC lacquer coated wood-based flooring materials were reduced in comparison with uncoated woods. The reduction rate of static frictional coefficients was larger with the frictional medium materials of steel and rubber, in which 17%∼52.3% of reduction for PU resin coated woods and 14.5%∼51.8% of reduction for NC lacquer coated woods. The reduction rate of static frictional coefficient was smaller with the frictional medium materials of cotton sock. and silk sock, in which 5.4%∼19.6% of reduction for PU resin coated woods and 11.3%∼37.2% of reduction for NC lacquer coated woods. However, the smallest reduction rates occured for tested flooring materials evaluated under PVC artificial leather with 2.4%∼6.9% for PU resin coated woods and 1.7%∼9.6% for NC lacquer coated woods. 3. The values of static frictional coefficients of five kinds of flooring materials except laminated veneer board (face veneer impregnated with PF), increased with the increasing of moisture content or leveled off to a constant value. However, it showed a decreasing tendency for hard maple wood with moisture content over 60%. |
